The only way to find one is to go to Japan lol. You don't need japanese people to form a band, you just need someone who can sing japanese or you can go solo (^ 3^)

I'll just take jap. lesson when I gt out of college >_< You can sing japanese too, just take the lyrics on the net or you can use a lyrics plugin in your windows media player to see the lyrics of the song that you are playing.
